GIBEX works with partners globally who are the backbone of the operational successes of the organization around the world.
GIBEX-Ecuador will work to promote interactions between Ecuadorian researchers and conservationists with GIBEX corporate partners with the goal to expand research and development, funding and licensing opportunities, and stimulate environmentally responsible investments in research and sustainable infrastructure. GIBEX-Ecuador will also partner with the Maquipucuna Foundation to attract a third-party run environmentally conscious photography and eco-tours to the region.

An agreement of cooperation has been signed between the Global Institute for Bioexploration (GIBEX) Maquipucuna Foundation and University of San Francisco de Quito, Quito, Ecuador.
The first “Screens-To-Nature” training course will take place January, 2008.
GIBEX-Ecuador will conduct two interrelated and synergistic activities: screens-to-nature bioexploration and the bioexploratory courses.
